2027 Summer Internship

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented rising senior to join the Investment Sales and Debt & Structured Finance teams of Newmark’s San Francisco Capital Markets team for summer 2027. This internship offers valuable exposure to the commercial real estate industry, allowing you to gain hands-on experience with projects that support live transactions, market research, and client service alongside brokers and analysts and finish the summer by presenting a capstone project to the team.

Program Details:

Location: San Francisco, CA; In Office 4 Days Per Week
Term: Summer 2027, 32 Hours Per Week
Teams: Investment Sales and Debt & Structured Finance
Capstone: Each intern completes a capstone project and presents it to the team at the end of the program.
