The main responsibilities cover:
Lead the Tech, Data & AI Transformation Program: Own the end-to-end execution of the Tech, Data & AI transformation agenda, ensuring strategic initiatives are translated into tangible outcomes and delivered at pace in line with defined ambitions
Own Financial Management and Workforce Planning: Lead the financial management activities of the Tech, Data & AI office and ensure strategic workforce plans are translated into actionable execution plans
Support Strategy Definition and Strategic Steering: Support the continuous development, refinement, and execution of the Tech, Data & AI strategy
Enable Cross-Functional Execution and Governance: Act as a key integrator across the Strategy & Governance team and broader Tech, Data & AI ecosystem.

The Tech, Data & AI Strategy & Execution Lead is responsible for translating the organization's strategic ambitions into measurable outcomes and ensuring disciplined execution across transformation, workforce, operating model, and financial dimensions. Reporting directly to the Head of Strategy & Governance, the role acts as a central orchestrator for the steering of the overall Tech, Data & AI strategy, performance management, financial stewardship, and organizational transformation, helping position Tech, Data & AI as a key enabler of SCOR's overall strategy. The position combines strategic thinking with hands-on execution leadership, partnering closely with senior technology and business leaders, Transformation Office teams, HR, and other governance functions to drive sustainable organizational change and business value realization.
