Sales Incentive Financial Analyst
Team Overview
The Global Sales Incentive group supports the Global Client Group (GCG) through sales incentives, financial planning, forecasting, and performance oversight. The team partners across the business to strengthen financial decision-making, support growth, and improve operating effectiveness. This role oversees sales incentive processes for more than 25 international sales offices, supports United States (US) structured components, and delivers analysis that helps the business operate effectively.
How You Will Add Value
Core Responsibilities
- You will report sales incentives across individual, country, and regional levels.
- You will coordinate and improve incentive reporting with Human Resources, Finance, Payroll, and business partners.
- You will create, review, and secure approvals for regular sales incentive payments.
- You will oversee Sales Office headcount and report budget-to-actual results monthly.
- You will support monthly and quarterly US sales incentive processes and tasks.
Strategic Responsibilities
- You will analyze trends using Microsoft Excel and Power BI.
- You will identify business areas requiring additional focus or review.
- You will recommend and implement improvements to current processes.
Teams & Collaboration
- You will provide Sales Leaders insights on incentive results and opportunities.
- You will build strong relationships with Corporate Finance and business partners.
- You will coordinate and support additional initiatives as needed.
What Will Help You Be Successful in This Role
Experience, Education & Certifications
- Bachelor's degree, ideally focused in Finance, Business, or Communications.
- Understanding of asset management revenue workflows, sales processes, and supporting technology.
- Experience across multiple fiscal cycles and project management or sales-related work.
- Experience with budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, modeling, and reconciliation.
Technical Skills
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills and basic Microsoft Power BI and Snowflake knowledge.
- Ability to analyze large datasets and generate actionable insights.
- Interest in emerging technologies supporting reporting, visualization, and decision-making.
Soft Skills
- Communicate effectively across management levels and tailor messages to the audience.
- Build outstanding relationships and facilitate productive conversations.
- Create meaningful commentary that clearly explains financial results.
- Demonstrate strong attention to detail, follow-through, confidence, and accountability.
- Manage time effectively and prioritize competing responsibilities.
Work Schedule & Location
- This hybrid role is based in our Rancho Cordova, California office, with an expectation of three days on site per week.

We expect the annual salary for this position to range between $68,000 - $73,000, depending on location and level of relevant experience, plus discretionary bonus.
