The DCTx brings together digital journey, platform, and delivery capabilities to create connected and scalable customer and dealer experiences across AGCO. The CX Journey Team owns the end-to-end customer experience and outcomes, translating customer, dealer and business needs into journeys, priorities and measurable CX requirements. It works upstream with business, brands, regions, customers and dealers, and downstream with other Journey, Platform, Data and Technology teams that provide the capabilities and execution needed to deliver those experiences at scale. The Sr Solution Architect, Customer Experience owns the design and end-to-end architecture for the customer experience solutions covering architecture & solution designs, APIs, data models, NFRs and tech enablers that support customer listening, onboarding, ownership readiness, and AI-enabled engagement across AGCO's ownership journey. He partners with business and platform teams to define scalable, integrated, and reusable and globally aligned agentic capabilities that improve customer experience.
Your Impact
- Lead solution architecture for major initiatives, platforms, applications, integrations and data flows, translating business and technical requirements into scalable, secure and maintainable designs.
- Define and govern architecture standards and documentation, including solution designs, architecture diagrams, decision records, integration patterns, APIs and implementation guidance, aligned with security, data, privacy and enterprise architecture principles.
- Evaluate solution options and guide delivery teams, balancing business value, feasibility, cost, risk, scalability, performance, resilience and maintainability throughout design, build, test and deployment.
- Drive technical improvement and modernization, identifying dependencies and risks, promoting reusable patterns and platform capabilities, and contributing to cloud adoption, architecture roadmaps, technical debt reduction and operational stability.
- Evaluate AI and automation opportunities, including generative AI and AI-enabled solutions, considering business value, data readiness, integration, responsible AI, security, privacy and governance while staying current with emerging AI and technology trends.
Your Experience and Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, Engineering, Business Information Systems, Business Informatics, Data, or a related field; equivalent professional experience may be considered. Typically, 6–8 years of relevant IT experience, including experience in architecture, solution design, software engineering, enterprise applications, integration, infrastructure, cloud platforms, data, cybersecurity, or digital platforms. Typically, 6–8 years of relevant software development experience, including complex enterprise applications, digital platforms, integrations, cloud, data, or IT delivery.
- Deep architecture and system design expertise across enterprise applications, APIs, integrations, cloud, data flows, infrastructure, identity, cybersecurity, and operational models.
- Strong analytical and decision-making skills, able to independently solve complex architecture challenges, evaluate alternatives, and lead architecture deliverables and workstreams.
- Practical AI expertise, including generative AI, AI agents, automation opportunities, data readiness, responsible AI, governance, privacy, security, and business-use-case evaluation. Security-by-design and business-oriented mindset, ensuring solutions address security, compliance, resilience, user needs, operational sustainability, and measurable business outcomes.
- Strong communication and technical leadership, including architecture documentation, stakeholder influence, cross-functional collaboration, mentoring, knowledge sharing, and continuous learning across emerging technologies and AI.
