DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Responsible for the administration and maintenance of the company's learning system technology to deliver online training to internal and/or external customers.
- Assists with data migrations, working with internal partners to test and troubleshoot systems issues; supports development of processes, content generation and loading; maintains training and user profile records; coordinates calendaring and enrollment, tracking, assessments, reporting and customer communications for learning events.
- May serve as a subject matter expert, training the community of business users to maximize the utilization of system features to create and manage learning events, training modules, assessments and reports.
- Responsible for observing all laws, regulations, and other applicable obligations wherever and whenever business is conducted on behalf of the Company.
- Responsible for ensuring work is accomplished in a safe manner in accordance with established operating procedures and practices.
