Janitorial Compliance Manager - Night Shift
City Wide Facility Solutions · Las Vegas
As a Janitorial Night Manager with City Wide Facility Solutions, you own service quality after dark. You visit 3 to 4 client buildings each night, audit the crew's work against the scope, and make sure every area meets the standard before you leave. The crews are independent contractors, so you lead through coaching and relationships, not pressure. When you've worked a site, it gets a perfect result.
What your night looks like:
- Visit 3 to 4 buildings mid or end of clean for final walkthroughs.
- Audit each scope of work and verify hot spots are spotless.
- Coach contractor crews on the City Wide team cleaning process.
- Detail hard-to-reach areas yourself so every site shines.
- Submit photo recaps so day managers can brief clients.
