Work directly with company founders to shape the system and regularly ship production improvements.
What We're Looking For
Two to nine years of professional software engineering experience, with a broad background beyond machine learning alone.
A completed or in-progress bachelor's, master's, or PhD degree in engineering, computer science, or a quantitative field from a strong technical university.
Experience repeatedly shipping and owning production systems end to end, with demonstrated ability across agent platforms, infrastructure, and integration runtimes.
Comfort using multiple AI coding agents while applying sound judgment to production quality.
Experience founding a startup with outside funding or full-time employees, or engineering at an early-stage startup backed by a recognized accelerator or venture capital firm.
Familiarity with TypeScript, React, Bun, Effect-TS, PostgreSQL, Kubernetes, or AWS is relevant to the stack.
