We are looking for an exceptional Vice President, China to take full ownership of our China business and accelerate our position in the world's most dynamic gaming ecosystem.
Reporting directly to our CEO, you will be the driving force behind Almedia's commercial success in China. You will shape our market strategy, establish high-impact partnerships with the industry's most influential publishers, and build an exceptional team capable of scaling the business to new heights.
This is not a traditional corporate leadership role. It is an opportunity to operate with the ownership of a founder, the influence of a senior executive, and the resources of a rapidly scaling global technology company.

What You'll Do 🎯
Own China's growth strategy: Define and execute an ambitious commercial strategy, driving revenue growth, market expansion, and long-term business success.
Secure landmark partnerships: Leverage your industry network to engage C-level decision-makers at China's leading game publishers, personally leading high-value negotiations and strategic deals.
Build a high-performing organization: Attract, develop, and lead exceptional talent, creating a culture of ownership, accountability, and outstanding execution.
Drive strategic decisions: Use market intelligence and performance data to identify opportunities, prioritize investments, and accelerate growth.
Shape global strategy: Partner directly with our CEO and leadership team in Berlin, bringing market insights that influence commercial and product direction.
Represent Almedia: Establish Almedia as a trusted strategic partner within China's gaming ecosystem.
