- Conduct customer research, understand user pain points, and translate insights into product improvements.
- Work closely with Engineering, Design, and Business teams to build and ship products.
- Define and track product metrics, analyze funnels, and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Build quick prototypes, test ideas, and iterate based on feedback and data.
- Contribute to product strategy and roadmap discussions.

- AI-first mindset: Actively uses AI tools in day-to-day work and is curious about building products using AI.
- Problem-solving: Strong analytical skills and the ability to break down ambiguous problems.
- Product sense: Good understanding of user experience and what makes a product work well.
- Communication: Ability to communicate clearly and work with different teams.
Good to Have
- Experience building AI agents, prototypes, or side projects using tools like Cursor, Claude Code, or Replit.
- Experience with consumer products, growth, or monetisation.
- Familiarity with CRM tools, SEO, or digital marketing.
- Previous startup or 0→1 product experience.
We are particularly interested in people who have built something on their own, whether it's a side project, a small product, or an AI-powered tool. We care about what you've done, not just the roles you've held.
