About the Role
Kawneer is seeking a Process Engineer (Mechanical) to support and improve fabrication manufacturing processes for architectural aluminum products, including windows, doors, curtain walls, and storefront systems. This role combines CNC programming, process engineering, troubleshooting, continuous improvement, tooling development, and project management to enhance safety, quality, productivity, and cost performance.

Kawneer is a part of Arconic's Building and Construction Systems (BCS) business and is a leading supplier of architectural systems and services to the global construction market, with offices in 11 countries in North America, Europe, North Africa and Asia.
