The Team You’ll Join

Future Studios is Future’s global content studio, bringing together creative, production and publishing teams to produce engaging video, social and audio content across its portfolio of leading brands. Operating across the UK and US, the team develops original content, builds long-term franchises and delivers high-quality productions for audiences and commercial partners. The UK production team works across a busy slate of projects, collaborating closely with producers, production managers, freelancers and wider teams to bring ideas to life. It’s a fast-paced, collaborative environment where organisation, attention to detail and a hands-on approach are essential to keeping productions running smoothly.

What you'll do

Reporting to the Senior Production Manager, you’ll play a key role in keeping productions organised and running smoothly, coordinating everything from crew bookings, talent logistics, travel and location arrangements to studio and equipment bookings. You’ll prepare and distribute call sheets, schedules and production documents, manage shoot paperwork including release forms and risk assessments, and maintain project trackers to keep everyone up to date. You’ll also coordinate asset handovers between production, post-production and publishing teams, source props and other items for shoots, and provide hands-on support on set when needed, including helping to coordinate runners and supporting day-to-day set operations.

Alongside the practical production coordination, you’ll help manage the administrative and financial side of each project, raising purchase orders, tracking spend against budgets, processing freelancer and supplier invoices, and keeping accurate records of bookings, payments and production costs. You’ll also coordinate freelancer onboarding, ensuring all paperwork, system access and set-up are completed before they start, and help them feel welcome when working in our offices and studios. Working closely with Producers and Production Managers, you’ll provide flexible support across multiple projects, helping to keep everything on track, within budget and properly documented in a fast-paced studio environment.
