Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced IT Site Lead with strong industrial business process analysis capabilities to join our team in Imphy. Candidates should possess 10 years of experience in business process analysis and at least 5 years of experience on a broader scale, including IT infrastructure management. This is a strategic "succession-track" role.

The selected candidate will start as a Business Process Analyst to master the site's digital landscape, focusing on the deployment and optimization of our Manufacturing Execution System (MES). Over the next 3 years, you will undergo a structured transition to gradually take over full IT site responsibilities from our current IT Manager.

 

We are seeking a strategic and hands-on Business Process Analyst with a strong background in industrial environments to join our team. This is a unique "succession-track" role. For the first three years, you will focus on the deployment and optimization of our Manufacturing Execution System (MES). As you master the site's digital landscape and build relationships with the local team, you will undergo a mentored transition to succeed our current IT Manager upon their retirement in 2029.
