About the Role
The Senior Account Executive is a high-impact, growth-focused sales leader responsible for winning and rapidly scaling new enterprise logos by co-selling closely with Google Cloud field sales teams.
This role combines deep Gemini and cloud solution expertise, executive-level relationship building, and new-logo acquisition leadership. You will lead end-to-end sales strategies centered on Gemini services, including enterprise Gemini adoption, agentic application development, AI platform development, and governance, while positioning Insight as Google’s premier AI transformation partner.
What You’ll Do
As a Senior Account Executive, you will:
- Drive an aggressive new-logo acquisition strategy across enterprise accounts, achieving annual revenue and bookings targets of $4M+.
- Partner closely with Google Cloud field sales teams to co-sell, qualify, and rapidly scale new customer opportunities.
- Position and sell comprehensive Gemini services, including enterprise Gemini adoption, agentic application development, AI platform development, and AI governance models.
- Build and nurture C-level and executive relationships to secure long-term digital and AI transformation commitments.
- Lead fast-paced sales cycles from lead generation through executive alignment, proposal development, and contract negotiation.
- Establish structured land-and-expand account plans to turn newly acquired logos into long-term strategic accounts.
- Deliver accurate sales forecasts and maintain joint pipeline visibility with Google Cloud sales partners.
- Stay at the forefront of Google Cloud AI advancements, specifically Gemini capabilities and enterprise deployment frameworks.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure successful delivery, adoption, and long-term customer satisfaction.
What We’re Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree in business, technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 10+ years of quota-carrying enterprise sales experience, ideally in analytics, cloud, professional services, or technology services.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding enterprise sales targets.
- Experience selling professional and/or managed services in complex, consultative sales environments.
- Demonstrated success engaging senior executives and C-suite stakeholders.
- Strong understanding of enterprise buying processes, procurement, legal processes, and contract negotiations.
- Ability to partner effectively with technical teams to define solutions, build business cases, and drive adoption.
- Excellent communication, executive presence, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to work independently while thriving in a highly collaborative team environment.
- Willingness to travel approximately 50% for customer meetings, events, and partner engagements.
