Ability to read and interpret mechanical plans, electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and control drawings.
Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently through startup and commissioning.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects while meeting deadlines.

Preferred Experience & Certifications

Current Niagara 4 (N4) certification.
Experience engineering, programming, and commissioning Niagara JACE and Supervisor applications.
Experience integrating third-party systems and devices into BAS platforms using BACnet.
Experience commissioning and optimizing BAS from startup through project completion.
