About the Role

We are looking for a Senior Manager, Media Buyer – Omnichannel to plan and buy across the channels beyond our core social and search platforms: programmatic display and video, CTV/OTT, streaming audio, direct response TV and radio, out-of-home, and emerging channels. You will make sure every dollar works together across the mix and help OPF reach business owners in high-priority Hispanic and Puerto Rican markets with the right channel at the right time.

Responsibilities:

• Plan, negotiate, and buy media across programmatic (DSPs), CTV/OTT, streaming audio, DRTV, radio, OOH/DOOH, and other emerging channels.
• Build integrated media plans with flighting, reach, and frequency aligned to business seasonality and funded-volume goals.
• Prioritize high-value DMAs and Puerto Rico, including Spanish-language and multicultural media (Hispanic TV, radio, and digital publishers).
• Manage agency, DSP, and media vendor relationships, including RFPs, negotiation, insertion orders, make-goods, and invoice reconciliation.
• Design measurement for offline and upper-funnel channels with marketing analytics: geo-lift tests, matched-market tests, response curves, and MMM inputs.
• Coordinate tracking with the Tagging Manager (vanity URLs, dedicated phone numbers, QR codes, UTM taxonomy, and pixel or impression tags).
• Ensure creative specs, trafficking, and brand safety standards are met across all placements.
• Collaborate with the Meta, Google, TikTok, and Affiliate leads so that omnichannel investment lifts performance channels.
• Track budget pacing and report performance and incrementality to the Director of Paid Media and CMO.
• Test emerging channels such as retail media, podcast, and AI/LLM ad placements as they mature.

How Success Is Measured

• Incremental lift in qualified leads and funded deals in tested markets.
• Media efficiency (negotiated CPMs, added value, make-goods recovered).
• Budget pacing accuracy and on-time trafficking.
• Contribution to blended cost per funded deal.

Requirements

• 5–7 years of media buying experience across digital and offline channels, at an agency or in-house.
• Hands-on experience with at least one major DSP (The Trade Desk, DV360, Amazon DSP, or similar) and CTV buying.
• Experience buying DRTV, radio, and/or OOH, including negotiation and post-buy analysis.
• Strong understanding of reach, frequency, GRPs, and media planning tools.
• Experience with offline measurement and incrementality methods (geo-lift, matched markets, MMM).
• Excellent negotiation, vendor management, and budget management skills.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.

Nice to Have

• Fluency in Spanish, or meaningful experience building campaigns for US Hispanic and Puerto Rican audiences.
• Experience buying Spanish-language and multicultural media in the US and Puerto Rico.
• Experience in direct-response financial services or lead generation.
• Familiarity with Nielsen, Comscore, iSpot, or similar measurement tools.
