Our education programs facilitate the successful implementation of phone-free school environments by providing administrators and teachers with education, training, and development resources, along with all necessary equipment. In addition, Yondr supports top artists in music and comedy by creating phone-free shows, allowing performers and audience members to enjoy live performances without the distraction of phones.
POSITION SUMMARY
The Partner Success Enablement Manager builds the standards, tools, training, and resources that enable Yondr’s Education Partner Success team to deliver a consistent, high-quality partner experience while driving retention, expansion, and growth. This role serves as the dedicated enablement function for Partner Success, primarily supporting U.S. partners while contributing to international markets.
The Manager will strengthen how Yondr shows up with schools and education partners, building lasting relationships that drive continued partnerships and referrals. Working across Education, Sales, Marketing, Operations, and Product, this role will ensure Partner Success has the capabilities, resources, and clear expectations needed to deliver exceptional experiences and support business growth.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Partner Success Enablement & Development
Establish and maintain Partner Success standards, best practices, and ways of working.
Develop, implement and own onboarding, training, and ongoing development programs for Partner Success team members.
Create and maintain playbooks, guides, templates, resources, and other tools that support consistent execution.
Identify knowledge, skill, and performance gaps and develop programs to address them.
Provide coaching and ongoing support to Partner Success team members and leaders.
Create opportunities for knowledge sharing and continuous learning across the Partner Success organization.
Partner with leadership to establish the competencies, expectations, and success measures for Partner Success roles, translating business priorities into clear expectations and accountability across the team.
Apply customer success principles and best practices to how Yondr works with, communicates with, and shows up for its partners, ensuring a consistent and high-quality partner experience.
Partner Engagement, Retention & Community
Establish best practices that support long-term partner relationships, continued partnership, retention, and growth.
Help define and implement strategies that increase partner engagement, satisfaction, advocacy, and referrals.
Develop resources, programs, and engagement opportunities that strengthen the partner community and create meaningful opportunities for partners to connect with Yondr and one another.
Partner with Regional managers to help establish and track Partner Success KPIs, including continued partnership, partner engagement, referrals, advocacy, and other measures of partner health and success.
Gather and translate partner feedback, insights, and trends into actionable recommendations for Partner Success and cross-functional teams.
Cross-Functional Collaboration & Marketing Alignment
Partner closely with Marketing to connect Partner Success strategy with broader marketing initiatives, ensuring the partner experience, messaging, campaigns, content, and communications are aligned.
Work with Marketing to develop partner-facing programs, communications, resources, and community initiatives that support engagement, retention, advocacy, and referrals.
Ensure Partner Success insights and partner feedback are incorporated into marketing strategy, messaging, campaigns, and content.
Partner closely with Sales to create a seamless transition from new business development through partner onboarding and ongoing success.
Work with Operations, Product, Finance, and other teams to identify and resolve challenges that impact the Partner Success experience.
Serve as a key connector between Partner Success and cross-functional teams.
Ensure changes to products, programs, processes, and company initiatives are effectively communicated and incorporated into Partner Success training and resources.
Partner Success Standards & Continuous Improvement
Establish consistent processes and service standards across the Partner Success division.
Evaluate current workflows and identify opportunities to improve efficiency, consistency, and partner experience.
Gather feedback from Partner Success team members and partners to identify recurring challenges and opportunities.
Use data, feedback, and business needs to continuously improve enablement programs, resources, and the overall partner experience.
Help define and track measures of Partner Success enablement effectiveness and business impact.
Identify trends and opportunities across the partner base and translate insights into improvements to Partner Success strategy, programs, and ways of working.
Communication & Change Management
Develop clear and engaging communications for Partner Success team members.
Lead enablement efforts related to new programs, processes, tools, and organizational changes.
Translate complex information into practical guidance and actionable resources.
Ensure Partner Success teams are prepared and equipped to implement company initiatives effectively.
Help ensure Partner Success consistently communicates Yondr's value, programs, and priorities in a way that is clear, authentic, and aligned with the broader company and marketing strategy.
QUALIFICATIONS
6+ years of experience in Partner Success, Customer Success or a related field in Education or EdTech.
2+ years of experience in a senior-level role with responsibility for training, coaching, enablement, or team development.
Experience building and implementing training, onboarding, or enablement programs.
Strong understanding of partner/customer lifecycle management and relationship development.
Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively across multiple functions.
Strong project management and organizational skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment with a high degree of autonomy.
LOCATION
While this is a remote position, we are prioritizing candidates located in the Eastern Time Zone due to the Hiring Manager's location and the need for close collaboration with our international team.
