- AWSの代表としてお客様や AWS パートナーの経営層、リーダーシップとの議論をリードできるコミュニケーション力- 大規模システムのマイグレーションやモダナイゼーションの全体構想策定、アプリケーションアーキテクチャ策定プロジェクトでのアプリケーションアーキテクトまたはそのリーダーとしての経験- 非機能要件策定やその実現をリードしたアーキテクト経験- お客様・AWS パートナー・他部門を含む同僚とのビジネスレベルの日本語読解・ドキュメント作成・会話能力Preferred Qualifications- お客様のビジネスアウトカムの実現に向けたプロジェクトリード経験- クラウドに最適化された業務アプリケーションの構想検討・設計・開発のリード経験- エンタープライズアーキテクチャの策定経験
- AWSサービスを活用したアプリケーション設計・開発リード経験- 社内のグローバルチームとの英語によるコミュニケーション力- 金融機関などの大規模システムのプロジェクトでのリードロールの経験
