Audit Expert (DI), Group Finance and Group Treasury Audit team

Are you a thoughtful evaluator of risk who enjoys understanding complex business processes and products? Do you want to play a role in how a global organization strengthens its controls and adapts in a fast moving environment?We are looking for an intellectually curious auditor, with prior knowledge and experience in Finance or Treasury to:
• Lead the planning and execution of GCFO audits, issue assurance and risk assessment to generate meaningful and value-added insights in Group Finance and Group Treasury.
• Effectively challenge the firm’s risk management and control environment, leveraging experience and sound judgement, and where relevant develop audit issues and reports in line with internal reporting and issue disposition standards.
• Lead and support audit teams in meeting our internal standards for the quality, execution and documentation of work, taking account of legal entity coverage expectations, where required.
• Build and maintain constructive relationships with colleagues and relevant stakeholders at all levels including senior management.
• Monitor audit results, risk profile and developments within Group Finance and Group Treasury; provide input to operational planning.
• Use AI and data analytics to enhance audit work, and partner with our Data Analytics & Innovation team to develop and execute data-driven testing and insights
• Lead and support our local team as an inclusive and empowering people leader, coaching and mentoring team member, fostering collaboration, and enabling growth, shared accountability and high performance.
