Integrated Middle Office Specialist

Do you have an appetite to understand the front-to-back flow to come up with creative ways to solve problems and improve processes?We’re looking for someone who can:
• Manage under stress to deliver the best-in-class trade support across major APAC markets on Delta 1 products such as Equity Swaps, SBL and Prime Brokerage
• Work alongside support teams in China/India to ensure Front Office expectations are being met, quick turnaround to requests to meet tight market cut-offs
• Understand the F2B operational risks and apply this knowledge to ensure the integrity of our trade details in our systems
• Perform front-to-back controls to ensure position and trades are properly reconciled
• Engage with internal partners (Trading, PB Account Managers, Settlements & Confirmation, Finance, etc) to provide operational support
• Proactively identify and address control gaps
• Participate in process enhancements initiatives and new business roll-out, and the associated testing on system changes
