Corporate Actions Specialist

We’re looking for a Corporate Actions Specialist to help us:• Deliver accurate income and corporate actions event data across the full event lifecycle
• Support Voluntary Instruction processing across equities, bonds, funds, structured products, and private equity
• Build and maintain relationships with client advisers, custodians, counterparties, stock lending, risk, and offshore teams
• Manage corporate actions process risks and controls, evolving and streamlining across income, mandatory, and voluntary events
• Assist and drive implementation of change initiatives across corporate actions processes
• Adapt priorities under pressure, multitasking while maintaining strong data quality and client service
