Corporate Actions Specialist

Are you well-organized and detail-oriented? Do you have a high client service orientation and risk awareness? We’re looking for someone who is ready to perform the following tasks:• prepare and distribute client notifications regarding the Corporate Actions and Income Processing events
• ensure timely and accurate execution of client bookings
• perform the reconciliation for both cash and stock breaks
• conduct investigations, prepare documentation, provide information, and maintain correspondence with internal and external stakeholders
• Identify, analyze, and resolve operational issues to ensure accurate and timely processing
• collaborate closely with client relationship teams, as well as front, middle, and back-office functions, to support service delivery and issue resolution
• ensure adherence to operational controls, risk management standards, and high-quality client service expectations
