Summary
Reporting to the lead of the Global Consumer Marketing team, the Assistant Marketing Manager will collaborate with cross-functional and international teams to plan and execute small to large-scale campaigns from strategy through delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop all global campaigns including new launch campaigns, key moment campaigns, special campaigns
- Develop campaign calendar based on global marketing calendar
- Create creative briefs for all campaigns
- Search for Global IP collaboration for key moments and franchise campaign
- Develop 360/ omnichannel CE plan across all media channels (paid, owned, earned), including:
- Digital Asset developments in timely manner (3-5 months prior to launch)
- Media strategy for new launches for key markets
- Global KOL and Owned Platform Management (Tik Tok, IG, YT, brand.com etc)
- Prepare to launch key CRM strategy
- CRM programming (in partnership with APAC Corporate Marketing)
- Work within a team of Creative division to collaboratively create an ad campaign
- Define the Consumer Journey combining all communication and distribution channels
- Oversee and orchestrates Brands’ digital marketing, social media, CRM, CI and paid media activities to create a consumer focused and consistent brand experience
- Lead and integrates all earned, owned, and paid media and communications across classic PR, ePR, Digital, and Social Media channels for the Brand
Qualifications
Qualifications
- +5 years of experience in marketing, social marketing, or related roles.
- Strong interest in consumer marketing, social media, and content.
- Deep understanding of digital and social platforms including influencer marketing.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Clear communication skills in both Korean and English.
