What you’ll do:
Responsible for developing and driving the global product portfolio and product strategy for Datacenter applications. Partners closely with key customers and Sales teams to identify market opportunities, customer requirements, and technology trends, and leads cross-functional product development efforts across Product Management, R&D, PMO, manufacturing sites, and strategic suppliers. Drives new product commercialization and portfolio growth to support Eaton’s long-term Datacenter growth strategy.
"Product Portfolio & Strategy
- Develop and drive the global Datacenter product portfolio and product strategy aligned with market trends, customer requirements, and business growth objectives.
- Partner with Sales teams and key customers to identify growth opportunities, portfolio gaps, and future product requirements.
- Define product roadmaps, portfolio priorities, and commercialization strategies to support business growth.
Product Development Leadership
- Lead cross-functional product development initiatives across Product Management, R&D, PMO, manufacturing sites, and strategic suppliers.
- Translate customer and market requirements into product specifications, development priorities, and execution plans.
- Drive product development and launch activities from concept through commercialization.
Customer & Commercial Engagement
- Build relationships with key Datacenter customers and industry partners to understand application needs and market trends.
- Collaborate with Sales teams to support customer growth plans, product positioning, and business development activities.
- Serve as the voice of the customer throughout the product development lifecycle.
Business Growth
- Drive commercialization of new products and solutions within the Datacenter market.
- Support market share expansion and long-term business growth through effective portfolio management and new product introductions.
- Partner with regional and global teams to execute Datacenter growth initiatives."
Qualifications:
"Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, Marketing, or a related field.
MBA or advanced degree is preferred."
"10-15 years of experience in Product Management, Marketing, Business Development, Sales, or related functions."
Skills:
Experience in Datacenter, Power Electronics, Magnetics, Electronics Components, or related industries is preferred.
Experience working with global customers and cross-functional teams is preferred.
"Understanding of Datacenter applications, market trends, and customer requirements.
Knowledge of product development processes and new product introduction.
Ability to interpret market and customer requirements and support product development activities.
Understanding of electronic components, power management, or related technologies is preferred."
