Overview

Microsoft ANZ is on a mission to empower every organisation across Australia and New Zealand to achieve more, driving innovation, economic growth and societal impact in an AI-first era. Central to this mission is helping organisations unlock the full potential of their people through secure, compliant and governed AI.

Microsoft has long been a trusted partner for workplace transformation through Microsoft 365 and Teams. As organisations enter the next phase of AI adoption, Microsoft is uniquely positioned to transform how work gets done through Microsoft 365 Copilot, Copilot Studio, AI Agents and the broader Microsoft Cloud platform.

Looking ahead to FY27, our focus is moving beyond individual productivity to AI-powered workforce transformation, where Copilot and AI Agents augment employees, automate work, improve decision-making and enable new ways of operating.

Our differentiation extends beyond AI capability. Microsoft brings together productivity, data, identity, security, compliance, management and governance to help organisations deploy AI confidently and responsibly at enterprise scale.

The Purpose of the Role

We are seeking an AI Workforce Solution Engineer, Copilot to help customers understand, design, demonstrate and implement the next generation of AI-powered work.

This is a highly customer-facing technical role at the intersection of business transformation, solution architecture, AI and the modern workplace. You will work alongside Microsoft sales teams, partners and customer stakeholders to translate business challenges into compelling Microsoft 365 Copilot, Copilot Studio and AI Agent solutions.

Your role is to make AI real and actionable for customers. You will bring customer scenarios to life through technical discovery, architecture, demonstrations, rapid prototypes, proof of concepts and technical workshops that show how Microsoft AI can transform the employee experience and reshape how work gets done.

You will help customers progress from AI experimentation to enterprise-scale adoption, addressing the technical, security, data, governance and organisational considerations required to deploy Copilot and Agents responsibly.

You don't need to know everything on day one. Microsoft provides deep technical enablement, engineering resources and a global specialist community. What matters is your technical curiosity, customer empathy, ability to learn quickly and passion for turning technology into meaningful business outcomes.
