Our Coordinators are vital to the success of our operations and play a key role in supporting our customers. In a fast-paced environment, you will facilitate the operational team to perform to a high standard, in order to meet daily objectives. Your duties will include:
- Supporting the team to follow Safety Standards and eliminate risks
- Communicate daily objectives and targets to the team and assign tasks
- Planning of resources to achieve desirable outcomes in line with Service Level Agreements
- Tracking of operational performance and identifying continuous improvement opportunities
- Ensuring team members are inducted, onboarded and trained to meet DHL requirements
- Conduct performance dialogues with the team, ensuring clear communication and employee engagement

To be successful in this role, you will have the following attributes:
- Proven operational experience within the Supply Chain or Logistics industry
- Warehouse Management System (WMS - Manhattan ideally) experience
- Demonstrated leadership and people management skills
- Proven customer facing/ external stakeholder experience
- Effective time management skills and multi-tasking capabilities
