Key Objectives
- Serve as the main point of contact for assigned customers
- Manage order receipt and ensure seamless handover to Operations
- Proactively communicate shipment status, exceptions, and incident updates
- Identify and forward qualified leads to the Sales team
- Handle all customer inquiries and requests
- Manage and resolve customer complaints or coordinate with relevant internal teams
- Act as the first contact for customer claims, including notification and document collection
Job Responsibilities
- Demonstrate strong understanding of Indonesian customs clearance processes
- Develop and maintain strong professional relationships with customers
- Participate in Business Review meetings with Sales when required
- Process customer or overseas office orders and hand them over to Operations
- Keep customers updated on shipment progress, issues, and resolutions
- Handle track-and-trace and general service inquiries
- Support customer requests related to GoGreen initiatives
- Register, track, and manage all customer complaints
- Drive effective resolution of issues or collaborate with appropriate departments
- Serve as the first point of contact for customer claims: receive notifications, collect documents, and transfer cases to specialized claim handlers once documentation is complete
- Escalate cases when needed following company guidelines
Qualifications
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree (any major)
- Fresh graduates welcome; Customer Service experience is an advantage
- Strong English proficiency (written and spoken)
- Strong computer literacy
- Results-oriented with a high level of respect, professionalism, and customer focus
