Across Europe West, our Alliance program is designed to accelerate growth through joint go-to-market activity, strategic account engagement, new-market activation and co-innovation.

The opportunity

As Strategic Alliance Sales Executive – ServiceNow for Europe West, you will play a key role in accelerating the commercial growth of the EY-ServiceNow alliance across the region.

Working closely with the Regional Alliance Leader, EY sales, industry, solution and account teams, and senior stakeholders at ServiceNow, you will help translate the alliance strategy into market activity, pipeline and revenue growth.

You will combine strategic relationship management with hands-on commercial activation: strengthening executive relationships, mobilising sales teams, identifying joint opportunities, enabling account-level collaboration and establishing a disciplined operating model across countries and markets.

Your key responsibilities

• Drive joint go-to-market activity with ServiceNow and EY teams to build pipeline, accelerate opportunities and support revenue growth across Europe West.
• Identify priority accounts, solutions, sectors and markets where the EY-ServiceNow alliance can create incremental business opportunities.
• Manage the strategic relationship with ServiceNow alongside the Alliance Leader, including joint business planning, quarterly business reviews, priorities, performance metrics and governance.
• Build and facilitate senior relationships across EY and ServiceNow, mobilising the right stakeholders around strategic opportunities and major market priorities.
• Understand ServiceNow’s field organisation, commercial priorities, partner programs and sales motivations, and use these insights to help EY account and solution teams engage effectively with ServiceNow.
• Establish a predictable and disciplined operating cadence around alliance performance, pipeline visibility, market intelligence and opportunity progression.
• Support the activation of additional countries and markets across Europe West, including business planning, executive alignment and the relevant alliance operating framework.
• Work with marketing and business teams to develop joint campaigns, strategic events, thought leadership and market-facing initiatives that strengthen the EY-ServiceNow position.
• Leverage ServiceNow enablement resources, including pre-sales expertise, technical resources, training and partner programs, to improve opportunity development, bid quality and win rates.
• Contribute to EY’s broader global ServiceNow alliance network through knowledge sharing, market insights and collaboration across regions.
• Ensure appropriate compliance and risk-management requirements are incorporated into alliance activities.

Skills and attributes for success

• Strong commercial orientation with a demonstrated ability to create momentum across complex sales and partnership environments.
• Strong understanding of the ServiceNow ecosystem, its solutions and go-to-market model.
• Established relationships with relevant stakeholders within the ServiceNow ecosystem, with the credibility to develop and extend these relationships at senior level.
• Experience in strategic alliances, business development, enterprise technology sales, consulting or professional services.
• Demonstrated success in building mutually beneficial strategic relationships and translating them into tangible commercial outcomes.
• Strong networking, influencing and stakeholder-management skills, including the ability to mobilise people across organisational boundaries without direct authority.
• Ability to work effectively in a complex, international and matrixed organisation and to balance strategic priorities with hands-on execution.
• Strong communication, organisational and program-management skills, with confidence engaging senior business and technology stakeholders.
• Ability to use pipeline, market and alliance intelligence to prioritise activity and drive decisions.

To qualify for the role, you should have

• A bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, or equivalent professional experience.
• At least eight years of relevant experience across technology, consulting, strategic alliances, business development or enterprise sales, including significant experience managing complex commercial relationships.
• Strong knowledge of the ServiceNow ecosystem gained either within ServiceNow or through a consulting, technology or alliance partner environment.
• A track record of contributing to pipeline, sales or revenue growth through strategic client or partner relationships.
• The ability to operate independently, influence senior stakeholders and coordinate colleagues across functions, countries and practices who may not report directly to you.
• The flexibility to travel across Europe West and beyond when required.

Ideally, you will also have

• Direct experience working for ServiceNow or within the ServiceNow partner ecosystem.
• An established network of relationships with relevant ServiceNow sales, alliance or leadership stakeholders.
• Experience developing and executing multi-country or regional go-to-market programs.
• Experience within consulting or professional services and an understanding of how technology alliances support complex transformation engagements.
