Du suchst eine Aufgabe, bei der Empathie und Kreativität Hand in Hand gehen? Wir begleiten Kinder mit Behinderungen dabei, ihren Alltag aktiv und lebensfroh zu gestalten.
Deine Aufgaben:
- Alltagsgestaltung: Planung und Durchführung einer lebendigen Tagesstruktur - von haptisch-taktilen Angeboten über Back- und Koch-Events bis hin zu kreativen Bastelprojekten.
- Förderung: Gezielte Unterstützung motorischer und geistiger Fähigkeiten sowie Förderung der sozialen Teilhabe im Umfeld.
- Erlebnisse schaffen: Organisation und Begleitung von Ausflügen und Freizeitaktionen.
- Netzwerkarbeit: Professionelle Elternarbeit, enge Abstimmung mit Schulen sowie interdisziplinäre Zusammenarbeit mit Pflege- und Therapeutenteams.
- Organisation: Erstellung von Förderplänen, Berichterstattung an Kostenträger und lückenlose Dokumentation.

- Qualifikation: Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Erzieher*In oder Studium der Sozialpädagogik.
- Persönlichkeit: Hohes Maß an Geduld, Empathie und die Fähigkeit, auch bei eingeschränkter Kommunikation der Klienten eine Verbindung aufzubauen.
- Arbeitsweise: Du arbeitest selbstgesteuert, bist motiviert und bringst eine gesunde Portion Kreativität mit.
- Kommunikation: Offener Austausch im Team und Souveränität in der Gremienarbeit.
- Flexibilität: Tagsüber (keine Nachtarbeit!), Bereitschaft zu Wochenend- oder Feiertagsdiensten ist ein Plus, aber kein Muss.
