Ici, on fabrique les biscuits que la France mange depuis des générations. Le site de Cestas (33), c’est la plus grande usine française de biscuits Mondelēz : LU, Granola, Pepito… des marques qui n’ont besoin d’aucune présentation. Et aujourd’hui, ce site entre dans une phase de transformation majeure. C’est là que vous entrez en scène.
Ce que vous ferez :
- Piloter des projets d’investissement CAPEX de bout en bout : faisabilité, cahier des charges, suivi chantier, mise en service.
- Définir les budgets prévisionnels, piloter les flux de trésorerie et garantir le respect des enveloppes.
- Coordonner les parties prenantes internes (production, maintenance, HSE) et les prestataires externes.
- Veiller à l’application des normes ingénierie Mondelēz et des standards qualité, sécurité, environnement.
- Contribuer au déploiement des meilleures pratiques process et à l’amélioration continue des équipements.
Votre profil :
- École d’ingénieur ou Master 2 — génie industriel, mécanique, process ou éléctrique.
- 3 ans d’expérience minimum en gestion de projets industriels, idéalement en agroalimentaire ou FMCG.
- Maîtrise des outils de gestion de projet (planification, suivi budgétaire, gestion des risques).
- Leadership naturel, sens aigu de la communication, capacité à embarquer des équipes multidisciplinaires.
