This position reports to our 8505 IBM Dr, Charlotte, NC 28262 location. If selected, you must be able to report to this work location.

Our Clerk earns $18.30/hour. Not to mention all the other amazing rewards that working at AT&T offers. Individual starting salary within this range may depend on geography, experience, expertise, and education/training.  

How You’ll Make an Impact:

• Keep daily office operations running smoothly by providing reliable clerical and administrative support.
• Create a welcoming, professional experience for callers, visitors, walk-in customers, and internal teams.
• Support accurate communication, recordkeeping, mail distribution, supply coordination, and document processing.
• Help resolve routine office needs by following standard procedures and maintaining strong attention to detail.

What Your Day-to-Day Will Look Like:

• Manage and distribute incoming mail, packages, office supplies, and other site materials.
• Process and maintain administrative records, including purchase orders, invoices, reimbursements, contracts, forms, reports, and data entry.
• Organize, scan, file, archive, and maintain electronic and physical documentation systems.
• Coordinate meetings, conference room scheduling, leadership communications, site announcements, and distribution lists.
• Maintain contact directories and support various administrative projects and operational activities as needed.
• Foster a positive employee experience by coordinating recognition programs, celebrations, site events, and employee engagement activities.

Key expectations to succeed:

• Follow established procedures while managing routine but varied clerical tasks with accuracy and consistency.
• Communicate professionally with callers, visitors, employees, customers, vendors, and internal departments.
• Maintain organized, accurate records and protect documents through proper filing, scanning, imaging, and shredding practices.
• Prioritize work effectively, follow through on assigned tasks, and resolve routine issues in a timely manner.
• Demonstrate attention to detail when entering data, verifying information, and processing purchase orders, invoices, reimbursements, and completed contracts.
• Remain flexible and ready to support office needs, special projects, customer service functions, switchboard backup, supply stocking, and material handling as assigned.
