Are you ready to shape how P&G brands win with customers and consumer across Poland’s Drugstore channel?

As Customer & Channel Marketing (C&CM) Drugstore Leader for Poland, you will lead the Drugstore channel growth agenda, bringing individual category strategies together into one integrated omnichannel plan and translating them into relevant growth opportunities with key retailers.

You will play a critical role in connecting brand and category strategies with customer, channel and consumer needs, ensuring that our demand creation plans are relevant and impactful across offline and online touchpoints.

Your Responsibilities:

• Lead the Customer & Channel Marketing agenda for the Drugstore channel, bringing individual category strategies together into one integrated channel growth plan.
• Integrate and commercialize category strategies at Drugstore channel level, translating them into relevant opportunities with key retailers.
• Partner with category and brand teams to sharpen demand creation plans by bringing a strong customer, channel, retailer and omnichannel perspective.
• Build strong senior relationships with retailers' Marketing and E-commerce teams, identifying opportunities to drive joint growth.
• Develop deep customer, retailer and demand creation expertise and use these insights to strengthen category and channel plans.
• Lead the customer-level retail media agenda and negotiations, ensuring retail media opportunities support broader brand and category objectives.
• Connect offline, e-commerce, CRM and retail media opportunities to create a consistent omnichannel approach across the consumer journey.
• Monitor competitors, consumer behavior and retail trends, translating insights into concrete actions and new growth opportunities.

Job Qualifications

• Strong understanding of Customer & Channel Marketing, category management, customer marketing, demand creation or related commercial areas.
• Ability to translate brand and category strategies into customer- and channel-specific growth plans.
• Strong understanding of the retail environment and omnichannel consumer journey, including offline and e-commerce.
• Knowledge of or experience with retail media, CRM and digital commerce.
• Strong relationship-building, influencing and negotiation skills.
• Ability to collaborate effectively across brand, category and customer teams, as well as with external retail partners.
• Strong analytical thinking and the ability to translate customer, competitor and market insights into action.
• Ability to manage multiple category priorities while maintaining one clear Drugstore channel strategy.
• Fluency in English language.
