What are we looking for?

Basic Qualifications

A minimum of 2 years hotel General Manager experience OR 5 years Hotel Manager experience managing a property with $40M or greater in revenue
Proven experience leading and managing a luxury property with extensive knowledge of Forbes standards and practices
Performance driven, with strong leadership capability and proven ability to attract, motivate, lead, inspire and direct a talented team towards driving excellent guest and employee satisfaction results
Proven ability to strategically drive financial performance and profitability
Experience managing unionized hotel operations
Ability to build and maintain successful ownership relationships and partnerships
