The Senior Director, Human Resources
- Japan, Korea & Micronesia (JKM) leads the delivery of Human Resources services and programs across Japan, Korea & Micronesia. The role partners with the Area Vice President and Head of Operations for JKM and the regional senior leadership team to build an engaged, capable workforce and support business performance. You will guide talent, recruitment, succession, learning and development, performance, compensation and benefits, and Team Member relations. It also helps ensure that global HR initiatives reflect Hilton’s values, vision, Team Member value proposition and culture while meeting local requirements.
