OverviewJoin us for the summer internship as a Global Science Platform Intern.
Your role will focus on:
- Support several key Global Science Platform projects across ingredients and Ready to Drink Beverages and Ready to Mix Powders.
- Lab based role where work will involve solving technical challenges of current ingredients and products as well as understanding potential new ingredients and products for the future.
- The focus will cover a wide variety of beverage products including Hydration, Energy, Protein, Fiber, and Carbonated Soft Drinks.
Responsibilities
- Powder ingredient testing and characterisation to understand application suitability.
- Beverage testing to understand shelf-life stability of products.
- Data analysis and report presentation of key project findings.
- Maintain good lab practice to a high standard.
- Ensure compliance with EHS guidelines.
Qualifications
- Undertaking BSc in Food Science/ Chemistry/ Nutrition (or related discipline).
- Interest in Food and the Food/Nutrition Industry.
- Good understanding of Excel and other Microsoft & AI Applications.
- Open to working on activities where attention to detail is important.
- Communicating messages effectively within your team and with other colleagues.
- Capacity to organize and prioritize work in an effective manner.
