Program Manager - Operations Manager – Oracle Health Cloud Infrastructure & Disaster Recovery
Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced, highly motivated Operations Manager to lead a team responsible for cloud infrastructure operations, client disaster recovery environments, operational project delivery, and enterprise healthcare technology solutions.
This position combines people leadership, cloud operations, project management, and client relationship management. The successful candidate will oversee a team of operations associates while actively participating in the coordination, provisioning, maintenance, and support of Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) environments, CareAware cloud solutions, and infrastructure supporting Oracle Health applications.
The ideal candidate is a hands-on operational leader who can manage multiple competing priorities, coordinate complex infrastructure projects, communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders, and ensure the successful delivery of cloud services to healthcare clients.
Candidates with experience supporting Cerner Millennium Electronic Health Record (EHR) environments are strongly preferred. Familiarity with Millennium infrastructure, healthcare application dependencies, client upgrades, and the operational requirements of mission-critical healthcare systems will be particularly valuable.
This role requires someone comfortable balancing managerial responsibilities with operational execution, including cloud resource provisioning, network configuration requests, disaster recovery coordination, infrastructure troubleshooting, and healthcare application support coordination.
This role will be based in Nashville TN - we do offer relocation assistance
