Professionals in this group are expected to create new algorithms from scratch. They work with large data sets and relational databases and have excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to analyze issues, identify causes, and recommend solutions quickly. They focus on the development of Advanced Analytics models to optimize underlying business problems.
They are expected to apply state-of-the-art advanced analytics, quantitative tools, and modeling techniques to interpret, make inferences, and offer recommendations based on insights from the data. Possess knowledge of programming languages, with a focus on machine learning and advanced analytics (SQL, Dashboard Development, python, reporting tools) Role may require to lead the team and manage performance Lead data-driven decision making by managing analytics initiatives, developing dashboards and KPI frameworks, and delivering actionable insights to business stakeholders.
Drive advanced analysis, stakeholder management, reporting automation, and team leadership to improve business performance, operational efficiency, and strategic outcomes. Strong expertise in SQL, BI tools (Power BI/Tableau), data visualization, analytics strategy, and cross-functional collaboration is required.
