As Deputy Security Chapter Manager, you’ll champion security excellence across our organization, guiding talented professionals and driving impactful security strategies. Main missions
Your responsibilities include:
- Lead and inspire a diverse team of security engineers and officers, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous learning.
- Translate complex security challenges into clear, actionable priorities that protect our business and customers.
- Develop and evolve security standards, frameworks, and best practices, ensuring our organization stays ahead of emerging threats.
- Support talent growth through coaching, mentoring, and creating pathways for professional development.
- Collaborate across teams to embed security into every aspect of our products and operations, ensuring a proactive, risk-aware mindset.
- Drive process improvements, streamline security workflows, and implement metrics to measure success.
Expected skills & experience
We are looking for someone with the following experience and skills:
Experience
- Proven experience leading security teams within complex, fast-paced environments.
- Deep understanding of security principles, controls, and emerging cybersecurity trends.
- Strong leadership skills with a passion for developing talent and fostering inclusive team culture.
- Excellent communication skills, capable of translating technical risks into clear business insights.
- Ability to prioritize multiple security initiatives while maintaining attention to detail.
Technical skills
- Experience working in agile, product-driven organizations with a focus on DevSecOps.
- Familiarity with security frameworks like ISO, NIST, or CIS controls.
- Previous success managing cross-functional teams in multicultural, international settings.
- A proactive, solutions-oriented mindset with a passion for innovation and continuous improvement.
Soft skills / transversal skills
- Broad understanding of security principles, risks, and controls
- Ability to assess security vulnerabilities and prioritize issues
- Technical depth to engage with security engineers and architects
- Experience with security standards, frameworks, and Agile environments
- People management fundamentals and stakeholder collaboration skills
