Job Description:
This role will be reporting into the Large Corporate Treasury Sales team, is responsible for supporting multiple Treasury Sales teams across GCB, Large Corporates and Financial Institutions (FI), with a focus on client engagement, business development and sales enablement. The individual will work closely with Treasury Sales Officers and other partners to support client opportunities, pitches, RFPs, portfolio reviews and broader sales strategy and analytics initiatives.

The role will also have responsibility for managing and analyzing sales and business development data, including maintaining spreadsheets and trackers, consolidating pipeline and portfolio information, and producing analysis that helps identify opportunities, track progress and support business decisions.

Responsibilities

• Support Treasury Sales teams across GCB, Large Corporates and FI on client and business development activities.
• Assist with client pitches, RFPs, account reviews, pricing discussions and preparation of client materials.
• Work with Treasury Sales Officers to understand client priorities and support the development of relevant cash management, liquidity, payments and other treasury solutions.
• Participate in client meetings where appropriate and support meeting preparation, research, follow-ups and coordination of next steps.
• Maintain and manage business development data, including sales pipelines, client portfolios, opportunity trackers and other relevant datasets using spreadsheets and related tools.
• Analyze sales and portfolio data to help identify business development opportunities, trends, gaps and areas requiring follow-up.
• Prepare regular management information and business updates, including pipeline reports, portfolio analysis, revenue and opportunity tracking, and other sales-related reporting.
• Support targeted business development initiatives by conducting client, industry and market research and using data to identify prospective opportunities.
• Partner across Sales, Product, Client Service, Implementation and other relevant teams to coordinate client opportunities and deliver positive outcomes.
• Support ongoing improvements to sales processes, reporting and data quality to improve the effectiveness of the broader sales organization.

Minimum Education Requirement

Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
