Job Description
- Lead the end-to-end instructional design, technical writing, and learning-content development lifecycle for enterprise applications, SAP S/4HANA, and digital learning programs.
- Analyze business, system, technical, and learner requirements and translate complex information into structured, learner-centric training and documentation solutions.

Key Requirements
- 10-12 years of experience in instructional design, technical writing, e-learning, technical training, learning-content development, or a combination of these disciplines.
- Strong hands-on experience with SAP Enable Now for simulations, system demonstrations, guided learning, and performance-support content.
- Strong experience developing responsive e-learning and digital learning content using Articulate Rise 360.
- Strong professional experience in instructional design and detailed storyboard development.
- Hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA, preferably SAP Fiori and enterprise business processes.
- Strong understanding of ADDIE, adult learning principles, learning objectives, instructional strategies, assessment design, and learning experience design.
