ABM is seeking an experienced Pricing & Solutions Specialist-IFS to help develop pricing strategies and commercial solutions for complex facility services contracts across North America. In this highly visible role, you'll partner with Operations, Sales, Finance, Procurement, and Solution Development teams to create competitive, profitable, and operationally sound solutions that support business growth.

This role is best suited for professionals with facility services, operations, pricing, solutioning, or workforce planning experience. It is not a traditional Data Analyst, Business Intelligence, Accounting, or FP&A reporting position.

What You'll Do

Develop pricing models for new business opportunities, contract renewals, and rebids.
Analyze labor, staffing, productivity, materials, equipment, and subcontractor costs.
Build financial models and scenario analyses to support strategic decisions.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop client solutions.
Evaluate profitability, risk, and operational feasibility.
Present recommendations and pricing strategies to leadership.

In this highly collaborative role, you'll work alongside Solutioning, Operations, Sales, Finance, Procurement, and Transition leaders to develop competitive, operationally sound, and financially successful solutions for prospective and existing clients.
