The Kansas City Ford Customer Service Division (FCSD) Plant Vehicle Team (PVT) Resident is located in the Kansas City Assembly Plant PVT Office and reports to the FCSD PVT Manager. Primary responsibilities include proactively identifying service risks on the plant vehicle line(s) during Launch / Low Time in Service (LTIS) and working urgently to enable Dealer capability to fix vehicles right the first time without Ford assistance. Position will be full time onsite in-plant environment. Position will have opportunities to travel to support product investigations as necessary.
