Referral Testing Group Lead - Clifton, NJ, Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
Pay range: $23.48 - $35.23 / hour
Salary offers are based on a wide range of factors including relevant skills, training, experience, education, and, where applicable, certifications obtained. Market and organizational factors are also considered. Successful candidates may be eligible to receive annual performance bonus compensation.

Coordinates various aspects of Referral Testing Department, ensuring optimum team performance. Provides leadership to achieve the department’s organizational goals. Monitor Quality indicators to ensure excellent customer service and quality patient care. Assume responsibility of Supervisor when the Supervisor is not available.
