Sales Opportunity: Residential Sales Account Executive

We’re growing—and we’re looking for driven, high‑energy sales professionals who want to build a strong career while making a real impact. OPC is hiring Residential Sales Account Executives to support our rapidly expanding North Chicagoland and Southern Wisconsin market, based out of our Antioch, IL branch.

In this role, you’ll:

Actively prospect and develop new residential accounts
Build strong relationships with homeowners
Partner with our service teams to deliver custom pest control solutions
Represent a long‑standing local brand that homeowners have trusted for generations known as Ace Exterminating

We Offer…

Up to 12 weeks of paid training at $2,000 per biweekly pay period. Upon completion of training you will earn a base wage between $35,000 to $42,000 plus uncapped sales commissions—you have the potential to earn over $100,000 annually or more in salary plus commissions;

You Will:

Proactively prospect and generate residential sales leads by identifying opportunities through observable residential prospecting
Serve as a trusted advisor and skilled negotiator, building solutions that benefit both the customer and OPC
Actively close deals within defined timelines and maintain momentum throughout the sales cycle
Crush quotas and consistently achieve (and exceed) monthly sales goals
Collaborate as a proud member of the OPC team, sharing insights, resources, and wins across the organization
Deliver personalized service and long‑term support to homeowners, building lasting relationships

Qualifications

2 years' sales experience
2 years' experience in home services sales preferred but not required

Must be able to pass pre-employment drug screen, criminal history and motor vehicle background checks.

Working Environment:

Must be able to obtain the appropriate pesticide license within the first 90 days of employment
Must be able to bend, stoop, walk on uneven surfaces, climb ladders, reach overhead and inspect small spaces
Must be able to work independently in the field and manage route-based assignments after training
Must maintain valid driver’s license through life of employment
