Responsible for assisting the manager by ensuring adequate flow of patient care through the Radiation Oncology department. Identifies and solves patient problems, contributes to department specific performance improvement. This position requires the ability to interact with other departments within the Cancer Center, Hospital and Medical Community. Collaborates with others and seeks direction from lead or others as needed. Assumes complete responsibility and accountability with little supervision required.
