Sr Program Specialist - Utilities Background- NC

As a Senior Program Specialist here at Honeywell, you will play a critical role in coordinating and supporting programs for customers in the water, natural gas, and electric utility industry. Your experience in utility operations, program coordination, and project execution will help drive operational efficiency, improve customer satisfaction, and ensure successful delivery of key business initiatives.
You will report directly to our Manager of Solution Projects and work out of our Raleigh, North Carolina location on a Hybrid work schedule.
In this role, you will impact business performance, customer relationships, and operational reliability by coordinating program activities, managing schedules and deliverables, monitoring performance, and collaborating with cross-functional teams. Your understanding of at least one utility sector—water, natural gas, or electric—will be essential in supporting customer requirements, identifying operational challenges, mitigating program risks, and driving continuous improvement.

As a Sr Program Specialist here at Honeywell, you will drive FAR15 proposals and subcontracts, perform price analyses, execute subcontracts, and collaborate across functions. Ensure compliant FAR15 packages, strategic agreements, and cost savings. You will report directly to our Manager of Solution Projects and you’ll work out of our Raleigh, North Carolina location on a Hybrid work schedule.
