In this role, you will directly influence the operational excellence of our Aerospace business by spearheading the deployment of modern manufacturing tools and data-driven process improvements.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the development and implementation of digital tools to improve processes throughout the site.
Drive technology initiatives focusing on: SQL (MS SQL), SCADA (Ignition), .NET/C# programming, server management, ERP (SAP), MES, statistics (Minitab), measurement systems, automated inspection, and APIs.
Collaborate closely with operations, engineering, quality, receiving/inspection, and site management to develop a digital roadmap for the site that aligns with the overall Honeywell Aerospace digital strategy..

As an Advanced Manufacturing Engineer II (Digital) at Honeywell Aerospace, you will play a crucial role in designing, developing, and implementing digital ecosystem solutions that enhance operational efficiency and productivity. With a strong emphasis on automated data collection, digital thread integration, and cross-functional communication, you will lead high-impact technical projects. You will report directly to our Manufacturing Engineering Manager and work on-site at our Urbana, Ohio facility.
