Lead - Design Coordination MEP (Architecture)-Hospitality

The Lead – Design Coordination (Architecture) will be responsible for representing the Asset Owning

Company (AOC) and leading architectural design management and coordination for hospitality

developments across the Adani portfolio. The role will ensure that all architectural designs align with

project objectives, brand requirements, development budgets, operational expectations, sustainability

commitments, and Adani Group governance standards.

Acting as the owner's design representative, the incumbent will coordinate between hotel operators,

architects, interior designers, engineering consultants, project management consultants (PMC),

contractors, and internal stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of high-quality, commercially viable

hospitality assets.

Reporting to the Head – Project Design & Development / Head – Projects, this role will oversee the

entire design lifecycle from concept development through construction support, handover, and

operational readiness.
