AI, cloud and high-performance computing all depend on the hardware inside every server: CPUs, GPUs, memory, storage and networking. Demand for these parts has never been higher, and Sweden is one of Europe's fastest-growing data center markets.

TD SYNNEX's Global Computing Components (GCC) business supplies the parts that system builders, OEMs, cloud providers and data center operators need to build and scale their infrastructure. We're hiring a Business Development Manager to lead our enterprise components business in Sweden. You'll have the backing of one of the world's leading IT distributors and the freedom to shape how the business grows.

This is a role for a commercial leader who knows the Swedish IT market, has strong partner relationships and wants to work on large, high-impact deals.

What you'll do

Grow the business in Sweden

• Own and develop a portfolio of large and strategic accounts, including system integrators, server builders, OEMs, MSPs, cloud providers and data center operators. Win new business and help existing customers grow.
• Find and close large enterprise component deals across server CPUs, GPUs and accelerators, enterprise memory, SSDs/HDDs and networking.
• Use your knowledge of the Swedish data center market (hyperscale, colocation, edge and on-premises) to get ahead of demand and build pipeline before your competitors do.

Be the go-to partner for our vendors

• Increase TD SYNNEX's share of wallet with our component vendors, and turn their objectives into clear, actionable business plans for Sweden.
• Raise our vendors' profile with TD SYNNEX teams and with customers in the market.
• Give strategic input on vendor market propositions, pricing and purchasing policy, and negotiate deals and rebates with confidence.

Lead conversations with senior decision-makers

• Build strong value propositions for C-level discussions with customers and vendors.
• Develop key channel relationships across the Swedish ecosystem, from established integrators to fast-growing AI and cloud players.
• Work with Field Sales, Marketing and vendor teams to run campaigns and go-to-market plans that deliver results.

Run the business well

• Deliver accurate weekly forecasts, healthy pipelines and a steady operational rhythm.
• Coach and develop team members where applicable.

What you'll bring

• Strong knowledge of enterprise components such as CPUs, GPUs, memory, storage and networking, and an understanding of how they fit into data center builds
• Deep knowledge of the Swedish IT market, with an established network among key partners, system builders, integrators and data center operators
• A track record of winning and growing large accounts, negotiating complex deals and building business cases
• Confidence and credibility with senior executives at customers and vendors
• Experience in a matrix organization, ideally a multinational one, and the ability to influence without formal authority
• A self-driven, positive attitude and a habit of exceeding targets
• Excellent communication skills in Swedish and English
• A bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
