Overview

We are looking for a qualified Emirati Citizen to join us into, Operations Admin Support will provide administrative and organizational support to the Operations Manager and the Advisory SLT, helping ensure the smooth day-to-day running of the business. The role combines traditional Operations admin support, including business administration, providing support to the team on operational queries, operational coordination activities, diary management and executive support. The successful candidate will help manage schedules, meetings, travel arrangements, reporting, team administration, and office coordination while maintaining a professional and confidential approach. This is an excellent opportunity for an organized and proactive individual who enjoys working in a fast-paced professional environment and supporting senior leaders

Your role

• Provide day-to-day administrative support to the Operations Manager & CS&A Leadership team 

• Coordinate team meetings, Community Sessions, workshops as needed. 

• Assist with onboarding activities for new starters, including coordination with HR, IT, and Facilities teams. 
• Support the preparation and formatting of documents, reports, proposals, and presentations. 
• Coordinate office administration requirements, including stationery, meeting room management, and general office support. 
• Raise and monitor office, facilities, and IT support requests where required. 
• Assist with ad hoc operational and administrative tasks as required. 
• Build positive working relationships across the business. 
• Liaise with internal departments including Admin Team, HR, IT, Facilities, and Procurement. 
• Manage complex calendars and diaries as needed for the leadership team  
• Coordinate meetings, appointments, and business commitments, ensuring schedules are effectively managed. 
• Arrange internal and external meetings, including room bookings, meeting invitations, catering, and preparation of meeting materials. 
• Support the preparation of presentations, agendas, etc. as needed. 
• Act as a key point of contact between leadership and internal/external stakeholders. 
• Prepare and coordinate travel arrangements, including flights, accommodation, visas, 

About you

• Strong organizational and time management skills. 
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently. 
• Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office 365, including Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. 
• Handle sensitive information with discretion. 
• Experience supporting senior leaders or directors. 
• Experience supporting on operational activities
