Role Overview
This role sits within the Technology Division's AI & Innovation Center and is responsible for leading end-to-end AI product strategy, requirements definition, and post-launch optimization. The Senior AI PM must be capable of independently driving large-scale AI initiatives, communicating product vision to C-level stakeholders, and possessing sufficient technical depth to co-design system architecture with AI engineers and data scientists. This role also owns the AI governance framework, ensuring AI decisions comply with regulatory requirements, ethical standards, and Chubb's business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead AI product roadmap development, integrating business strategy, technical feasibility, and regulatory requirements
- Independently produce product specifications for complex AI systems — including multi-agent architectures, RAG systems, and workflow automation
- Define the AI Observability Framework: design model drift detection mechanisms and incident response playbooks
- Lead cross-functional AI programs (claims, underwriting, customer service), synthesizing requirements from business, legal, compliance, and IT
- Design and implement A/B testing frameworks for AI features; build a data-driven product decision culture
- Ensure AI products comply with relevant regulations (e.g., FSC, GDPR); lead AI ethics and fairness reviews
- Coach and develop Junior PMs; build AI product capabilities across the product team
- Present AI product progress, outcomes, and risks to senior leadership; influence the organization's AI investment decisions
